The Ultimate Goal

Open and functional entryway. 

Large hidden built in dog crate for the familys massive doggos.

The clients entered their home with a wall on the left and a periouls stairwell to the right. 

 

With two small children this did not work.

Hardwood floors on main level and carpet in lower level were changed to LVP

Smoothing textured ceilings was on the wish list but we opted for recessed lighting and a fresh coat of paint to brighten and open up the room.

Taking half the stairwell and turning it into the dogs new kennel.

As An added bonus... Eric felt the husband wasn't getting nearly enough out of the project.  He noticed the client had a rather large collection of sneakers.
